Friends of Havenwoods (FOH) is a 501(c)(3) charitable
organization. Your donations are tax deductible to
the full extent of the law. Be sure to consult your

or labor for current or future projects
Donations of
materials and services can be a significant help to
the park in making needed improvements. To discuss
ways to make such a donation, please contact the

Donate
funds for
current projects and activities
You may designate
how your donation is used or you may donate funds to
ongoing needs and projects. Some
possibilities include:

Purchase and
maintain vegetation management equipment such as
pruners, saws, chainsaws, weedwackers, and brush
cutters.

Purchase teaching
materials for the education center such as books,
puppets, nets, and binoculars.

Pay for
presenters at festivals and special events.

Donate
to the
Friends of Havenwoods Endowment Fund
FOH created the
Endowment Fund in 2001 to establish a supplementary
funding source for Havenwoods State Forest and
Environmental Awareness Center. The fund is now open
to receive your tax deductible donation. Donations
can be:

Gifts given
in memory or honor of family or friends.

Contributions
from service clubs, school groups, and local
organizations.

Grants from
foundations.

endowment fund can help meet the long-term needs of
the park and ensure the future of this very special
place.

Remember FOH in your will
Your
estate gift will be added to the endowment fund (see
above). You may donate cash, stocks, bonds, life

FOH stocks a
small counter with field guides, patches, t-shirts,
homemade slippers, hand-painted shopping bags, and
buckthorn walking sticks! Profits benefit FOH and
its projects.

Apply for a Pick
'n Save Advantage Plus Saver's Card and choose

to receive funding. A small percentage of each
purchase you make is given to FOH. Our account
